"HP / LP ports" is the number of high-pressure and low-pressure ports on the first stage, which caps how many accessories (transmitter, SPG, inflator, second second-stage) you can run at once.

Pros
  • Full environmental dry seal and sub-10°C cold-water rating on the Supreme variant, a genuine step up from the base Core's splash-guard-only ACD
  • Shares Aqualung's balanced-diaphragm engineering with the pricier LEG3ND line at roughly half the cost
  • Field-serviceable with parts shared across other Aqualung models, which helps long-term maintenance costs
Cons
  • No longer listed on Aqualung's official US site, current stock comes through authorized dealers rather than a direct current-catalog listing
  • Weight specs conflict sharply between dealer listings (as much as 190g difference for the DIN first stage alone), so we're leaving weight off this entry
  • Whether an octopus is included in the base set isn't confirmed either way

Core Supreme was Aqualung’s mainstream mid-tier reg, sitting between the entry-level Titan and the flagship LEG3ND line, adding a full environmental seal and cold-water rating that the base (non-Supreme) Core lacks. It appears to have been superseded by Aqualung’s newer Helix/Helix Pro line on the company’s current US site, though Core Supreme units are still widely available new through dive shops and online retailers.
