The Wisdom 4 is Sherwood’s top-of-the-line console computer, aimed at divers who prefer a mechanical-style liquid-filled compass over a digital one and a large, simple four-line readout over a color screen. It runs on the same Pelagic-built Modified Haldanean/DSAT decompression model as the Wisdom 3 before it, with Bluetooth added for syncing dives to Sherwood’s companion app without a cable.

"Gas switches" is how many different mixes this computer can be programmed to switch between mid-dive, mostly relevant for technical/staged-decompression diving. It doesn't tell you which gas types (air, nitrox, trimix) are supported. See Gas types and the product description above for that.
