Cons
  • Rechargeable battery can't be swapped in the field like the user-replaceable cells on older Cressi computers
  • Bluetooth sync only works with Cressi's own DiveSync app; not yet supported by libdivecomputer/Subsurface
  • Too new for an established track record, no long-term reliability history yet

The Da Vinci is Cressi’s newest wrist computer, positioned above the long-running Leonardo as a color-display, rechargeable evolution of that same simple, reliable formula. It runs Bühlmann ZHL-16C with adjustable gradient factors, tracks up to 4 gas mixes per dive, and pairs a built-in compass with Bluetooth sync to Cressi’s DiveSync app. As a 2026 release it doesn’t yet have a long community track record or third-party software support to draw on.
